My parents' self-employment was a significant step that changed our lives forever. My mother was the main driving force and decided to set up a party service. My father supported her by giving up his job to help her realize this dream. It was impressive to see how they took risks, worked long hours and always stuck to their vision.
I remember the countless nights we spent working together - whether preparing events, setting up tents or looking after customers. My parents were never just interested in business. They wanted to create something that would last and bring joy to people. This attitude had a deep impact on me: quality, perseverance and belief in an idea are crucial.
At the same time, I grew up with an attitude of modesty that has stayed with me to this day. My mother often praised my unpretentiousness and said how happy I was with simple things - be it at Christmas, on my birthday or in everyday life. It was not the material things that shaped me, but the satisfaction with what I had. What I needed could not be given to me. What really made me happy were the ideas and dreams that arose in my head and gave me a vision for the future.
I understood early on that it is not about having a lot, but about appreciating the essentials. Honest connections were more important to me than anything else. At school, I was known for defending classmates and saying things that others didn't dare. Empathy for others and the ability to be content with simple things had a lasting impact on my character.
My parents' independence and my childhood humility taught me to approach challenges with a positive attitude and to make the best of every situation. These values have stayed with me to this day and are an essential part of my life and my decisions.
