General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as “customer”) via our online shop.

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after you submit the order. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in our cancellation policy.
5. Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These are clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
6th delivery

7th payment
Payment can be made in advance, by credit card, PayPal or instant bank transfer. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. Warranty
The warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions. All goods from our shop are subject to statutory warranty rights.
10. Liability
We are always liable without limitation for claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents:
- in case of injury to life, body or health,
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed,
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is open.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the customer can regularly rely (cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability is limited to the amount of damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
11. Dispute settlement
The EU Commission has provided a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We are willing to participate in an out-of-court arbitration procedure.
12. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid or contradict statutory provisions, this shall not affect the remainder of the contract. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the relevant statutory provision.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that it does not restrict any mandatory legal provisions of the state in which the consumer has his or her habitual residence.
